I am a DevOps Engineer. I am determined to continue developing my knowledge of both Cloud Solutions and Service Management in my aim to becoming a Solutions Architect. I have always been an analytical person, with a knack for mathematics and data. On a personal level, I am detail-oriented, organized, and precise in my work. I have strong customer and communication skills with a knack for clear and illuminating presentation. I am confident, determined and driven by my passion to help people. My love and willingness to learn is what makes me a swiss army knife to add to any team/toolset.
I am a DevOps Engineer helping contribute toward implementing the DevOps way of working throughout Derivco. I believe in People -> Processes -> Tools
I am one of two Service Desk Analysts in the Internal Operations Business Unit who aid Team Leads and SLT gain greater insight on the Analytics available in Derivco IT
I was responsible for first line troubleshooting and analytics for the one and only AYO Service Desk; that was responsible for Network, Collaboration and Security of Sasol Global

Veyansiz drive to learn to understand the latest Technology and get involved with it hands-on shows his eagerness and Commitment to improving himself and growing both in his field and expanding on it. It has been great working with him and I look forward to our sessions going further.
Veyansiz provided invaluable information for Software Asset Management with trying to monitor speed of closing calls. He spent a solid 2-3hrs over a 2 day period proactively correcting a Power BI report for us. No request was too small and the end result was great . He is not scared to jump into a situation and work his way through to the answer.
Veyansiz is always quick to assist and always demonstrates Derivco's value of CARE and PASSION for his task at hand. He is efficient and really demonstrates his COMMITTMENT and dedication to his work.
